Website had 3,500 page views since June 26

Website utilization continues strong.  We’ve had 543 visits with an average of 6.45 pages viewed per visit.  That’s pretty encouraging that our visitors viewed that many average pages for each visit.  That equates to 3,500 total page views.  There were 209 what Google calls absolute unique visitors.

I track most of the pages.  Our Association Blog, Community Forum and Facebook page are not in these results.  I also separately track logins.

Gate Damage Update

Bob Hornbeck provided an update tonight.  Of course, the exit gate is not operating due to it being hit by the truck on Saturday.  We are leaving the entry gate open for traffic safety reasons to avoid somebody trying to enter through that gate and causing an accident with a car leaving the community.

As a result of the video and eye witness reports, Sheriff’s Deputies located the vehicle and driver.  We expect recovery of the damages.

Repairs will be done in two steps for maximum security.  Step one will be a temporary repair to the existing gate.  That repaired gate will be put into operation until a new gate is fabricated.  The initial repair should take about 2 days.

Step two will then be to replace the gate.  That will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

We’ll keep everyone updated.

Here are some photos of the damaged gate.
