A special Members meeting was held on Saturday, April 30 to decide on the changes to the Declarations. A quorum attended or submitted a proxy and the new Declarations were approved by a majority of the membership.
It was also decided that Tom Sweet would lead a committee to address some issues that were expressed by Members to get input and draft a further updated version for the Members to vote at an upcoming meeting.
Thank you to all that participated, over the past several years as well as during this most recent go-around, especially Kim Ferrante who did a STELLAR job of collecting proxies.
