We have a Member meeting scheduled for April 30 at 10:00 AM at the Lutz Library.
On the agenda is discussion of the Proposed Declarations or Covenants. Copies of the proposed Declarations were provided to all Members, as well as, a Proxy for anyone who is unable to attend the meeting.
